By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LocalCast ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
LocalCast is a media casting application that enables users to stream content from their devices to various streaming devices on their local network. The Service is provided as a freemium model with both free and premium features.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LocalCast app for your personal, non-commercial use only.

LocalCast does not host, store, or have control over the content you stream. You retain all rights to your content, and you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to stream any content using our Service.
The LocalCast app, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Stefan Hurzlmeier and its licensors.
Certain features of LocalCast may require payment. By purchasing premium features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services that are not owned or controlled by LocalCast. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOCALCAST, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LocalCast and its licensors and licensees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
